Home Health

RN

• Diploma, Associate, Baccalaureate or Masters Degree in nursing
• One-year recent med-surg/IV therapy experience
• Licensure verified by SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation

PT

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Licensure verified by SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation

OT

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college of university
• One-year recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Licensure verified by SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation

ST

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
• Licensure verified by SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation

PTA

• Graduate from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Certification verified by SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation

COTA

• Graduate from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Certification verified by SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation

MSW

• One-year recent experience, preferably in the medical field or home health
• LBSW, LMSW or LISW in SC
• Licensure by SC Board of Social Workers

Private Duty

CNA

• Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of SC with confirmation from ASI registers.
• Completed first year of nursing fundamentals or equivalent.

PCA

• Three months recent experience as a PCA within the last two years
• Graduate of a formal aide-training program
• Documented life experience, i.e. caring for sick loved one (if passes competency).
• Must provide documentation of experience in the past year.

LPN

• One-year nursing experience and an LPN license in the state of SC

Homemaker/Companion

• Six months experience in similar job class or one-year life experience
